THE FIX
How do you justify the unjustifiable? To convince yourself that a decision, so extreme, so final, makes perfect sense? Do the solutions - the fixes - we devise in our darkest moments have to make sense to anyone but you? The Fix poses these very question, as two complete strangers find themselves trapped together on the rooftop of a high-rise.
The third ever Knock And Run show, The Fix was also K&R’s first completely original play. Playwright and director Dez Robertson worked with Knock And Run to bring the world premier of this play to life. The Fix was staged at The Royal Exchange in 2017. It was directed by Dez Robertson. Angela McKeown took on the role of production manager. James Chapman produced. The cast of the two hander was Tony Gluck and Tim Blundell playing The Man and The Guard respectively.
Robertson, McKeown and Blundell would team up again to restage the play in 2020.
